Sunday is a PARTY!!! Chuy has been saving this pig for several months specifically for this event! The past two days he has been talking about how he’s going to prepare it and cook it! We’re hoping to have a big meal and are expecting around 150 people. We’re making carnitas, tamales, frijoles chadors, arroz, and a bunch of stuff that I don’t remember!! A number of folks are bringing different things as well. The hope is to celebrate a new church/community building! We have quite a bit of work yet before it’s usable, but the frame is there!
